Arrival & Cancellation Policies

At RPMG, we understand that you have a busy life that can change at any time without warning, and, as such, we try to be flexible about cancellations and late arrivals. Unfortunately, late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows cause problems for our patients and providers. As such, we have established the following policies:

cancellation: If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we have time to schedule another patient.

arrival: We ask all of our patients to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment begins (or, in some cases, 30 minutes) to process paperwork and get everything ready so our providers have everything they need to provide you with quality care. Arriving later may delay your appointment. If you arrive more than five minutes after your appointment time, we will have to consider you a no-show.

no show: If you cancel your appointment fewer than 24 hours before the appointed time or if you arrive more than five minutes after the time of your appointment, we will have no choice but to consider you a “no show” and charge you $25 for the office visit.
